There are a few similar species.

E. Florida is very similar with E. stachydearum.

The black marks (streched dots) at the side, in the middle of the vertex are fused with the central pattern for E. stachydearum. And separated for E. Florida.

E. Florida has 2 black dots between the black marks (triangels) on the scutellum. For E. stachydearum are those dots fused with the black marks.

Further examination of the genitalia is recommended.
